Does my Compix System support Windows 10?
Compix systems support Windows 10 64bit for either AllCG board systems or those that have Matrox board systems purchased in 2015 or later. If you are using a Compix system with Genlock or G3 based Compix boards, your Compix hardware is not compatible and has not been tested. Please be aware that even through your Compix hardware might support Windows 10, the computer that houses your hardware might not be supported. Digital not syncing in Genlock Control
This article pertains to G3 Hardware (serial number ending in T) only. Close GenCG and open the GenlockVGA Control. Inside the Genlock Control's [Digital] section, set the options to the following: - Digital Color: 0 - Digital Clock: 1 - Delay Course: 127~130 - Delay Fine: 127 - Key Delay: 0 #G3Hardware
The serial number is 0 (SN:0 N/A) in the Genlock Control
This article pertains to G3 Hardware (serial number ending in T) only. If Windows was recently updated, the system gets improperly shutdown, or there has been significant changes, the serial number may be wiped out. To resolve this: Go to [Start] > [All Programs] > [Startup] > [VGAinit3] or [G3init]. Completely shut down the system and disconnect the power cord for 20 seconds. Now reconnect the power and boot up the system. The serial number should now be visible. #GenlockCon
