No Video Output / Blue Screen appears

When Persona is running, it is imperative that your computer's Power Settings are correct. Please verify the following settings if you get no video output or receive a Blue Screen of Death after using Persona.

  1. Right click on your desktop and select [Personalize]. Click on [Screen Saver] at the bottom right of the window and set it to [None]. Click [Change Power Settings] in the Power Management section to open the power options.

  2. Select [High Performance] then click [Change Plan Settings]. You may need to Show Additional Plans to see the High Performance option.

  3. Choose [Never] for both the [Turn off the display] and [Put the computer to sleep] fields. Click [Save Changes].

  4. Restart the Compix system.
