If an error message comes up when typing in the GenCG RS activation code, the software has most likely been activated at least once before on the computer. If this is the case, please do the following before typing in the new activation code:
Delete all files below in the registry. Click on [Start] > [Run] and type "regedit" to get to the registry. Note: Please save your current registry before editing it by going to [File] > [Export].
After deleting one or both files, close the registry and retry the activation.
