Minimum System Requirements

You will need to meet the following requirements for a compatible upgrade with your SD-SDI or analog Compix system.

1. All-CG Board is required

2. System graphics card (onboard / PCI-E) must support Microsoft DirectX 9c and Pixel Shader 3.0

Use this guide to check the compatibility status of your SD system with our latest software. If your system is HD or HD Ready, your system is compatible with our latest software. This guide shows you how to check if your system has an All-CG Board installed in either Windows XP or Windows 7 systems via the Device Manager. Your system must also have a graphics card (onboard / PCI-E) supporting Microsoft DirectX 9c and Pixel Shader 3.0. Please note that most PCI-Express graphic cards support both.

If you have any questions, please call our technical support team at (949) 585-0055.
